“Don’t chase waterfalls”, they said. But what if there was a treasure chest of opals at the very end of the river?

Each pair of Hola, Said Lola earrings is a limited edition, slowly handcrafted, and locally made creation. 

Components include spherical and rough cut Ethiopian ‘Welo’ Fire Opals. These beads were sourced from Jaipur-based gemstone cutters who acquire their opal chunks directly from the Welo Province. The beads vary in size from approx. 2 to 5 mm. Their iridescence is best brought out by direct, natural sunlight. 

The threader and other metal components are 14k gold filled, tarnish-resistant, waterproof, and perfect for sensitive skin. The threader needle is stamped “1/20 14K”. The full length of each is 65 mm. These are sold as a pair.
